Alyssa Milano has always looked like a Disney princess, and as it turns out, The Little Mermaid is actually based on what she looked like as a child!
Wednesday on The Wendy Williams Show, the 40-year-old actress was asked point-blank, “Were you the inspiration for this character [Ariel]?”
“I actually was,” Milano replied, smiling about the iconic 1989 movie. “I didn’t know that when it was going on, but they asked me to host the making of The Little Mermaid and it came out there that the drawing and likeness of The Little Mermaid was based on pictures of me from when I was younger, which is so cool!”
“Doesn’t that just make you want to dye your hair red and wear a clamshell bra all the time?” Williams asked.
“Yes,” Milano quipped. “That’s how I walk around at home.”
Hopefully in a house filled with gadgets and gizmos a-plenty, whozits and whatzits galore, and thingamabobs—at least 20.
Good day netters! I have even more exciting news for y’all today. Apparantly, Alyssa is going to expand her clothing line “TOUCH by Alyssa Milano” this summer, adding an 16 frame “Touch by Alyssa Milano Eyewear collection” to it.
