Hello Alyssa fans! First off, my name is Nea and I’m a new staffer here at Alyssa Milano Online.   I want to thank Isabelle SO much for letting me join her and Mandy at this incredible site!  I’m a huge Alyssa fan and a gigantic “Charmed” fan, so I’m thrilled to be here!

Anyway, I’ve got some bad news, it looks like “Breaking In” has been cancelled and pulled from Fox’s schedule. Alyssa guest starred on the series last season and was set to return in the 9th episode of this season. From my understanding the episode has already been filmed. Hopefully Fox will have enough heart to either air the remaining episodes during the summer schedule or at least release them on DVD! We will keep you guys up to date if we learn any more!

Breaking In‘s return proved short-lived. The network is pulling the sophomore comedy off the schedule for the remainder for the season. Following Raising Hope‘s season finale next Tuesday, Breaking In was slated to resume airing originals in the 9:30 PM slot after New Girl. Now the network will air New Girl repeats in the time period. It hasn’t been determined when Breaking In‘s unaired episodes will run, with summer considered a strong possibility. Breaking In‘s fate mirrors that of freshman Fox comedy I Hate My Teenage Daughter, which was also recently pulled off the schedule in favor of repeats. Breaking In, which got a second-season pickup after being cancelled last May and a revamp, has been underperforming, opening its sophomore season with a 1.7/4 in adults 18-49 last month and logging a 1.3/3 in its most recent airing, tying a season low. It looks like Fox is looking to bolster its already renewed New Girl by double-pumping the freshman comedy.

As if Fox’s Breaking In (Tuesdays at 9:30/8:30c) hasn’t already raised the question of “Who’s the boss?” with the addition of Megan Mullally as Contra Security’s new owner, Alyssa Milano has been booked for an encore, as the scheming estranged wife of Christian Slater‘s Oz.

Milano first played Amy early into Season 1 of the caper comedy, when the comely beauty passed herself off as a singleton dentist to Cameron as a means of plotting against her hubby. But by episode’s end, Oz and Amy seemed on the verge of a reconciliation.

Milano will reprise the role in this season’s Episode 9.
