Alyssa and David welcomed a son named Milo Thomas Bugliari on August 30!

Hello netters! I have some very exiting news for you lot today – so exiting in fact, that I hope it’ll make you all forget about me being absent for a few weeks ;) On August 30, our Alyssa and her David welcomed their son! We here at Alyssa Milano Online would like to give our best wishes and huge congratulations to the new parents. They are probably having the time of their lives right now! Some news bits are quoted below, and I have added some pretty photos from the baby shower to our galleries. Enjoy!

It’s a boy for Alyssa Milano and her husband, David Bugliari!

The actress and social-media star will be the boss of Milo Thomas Bugliari, born Wednesday morning. Milano and her agent hubby got their bundle of joy — clocking in at 7 pounds and 19 inches long — a little before 10 a.m., People said.

Milo is a first child for Milano and Bugliari, who married in 2009. During her pregnancy, the actress has been über-active on Twitter, tweeting her excitement, offering tips for cloth diapers and even answering fans’ questions about motherhood.

The couple told E! News in May that the baby’s name would be chosen from a list of five, after they finally met him.

Milano’s résumé includes TV series “Who’s the Boss?” with Tony Danza and the WB witch hit “Charmed,” which costarred Shannen Doherty and later Rose McGowan.

There’s a new boss in Alyssa Milano’s house: her baby boy!

The actress, 38, and husband David Bugliari welcomed a son named Milo Thomas Bugliari on Wednesday at 9:27 a.m. He weighed 7 lbs., and was 19 inches long.

In March, Milano announced on Twitter that she was expecting a boy.

The actress told PEOPLE she was having a lovely pregnancy and knew her husband would be “the most amazing father ever.”

Alyssa enjoys an evening of cocktails and shopping

Hello netters! First, I would like to apology for the lack of proper updates here at Alyssa Milano Online. I’m still not able to use my own computer, which has resulted into me being unable to save photos, upload them etcetera. Therefore, I’ve been taking some time off the site, as my offline life is really busy these days. I am on vacation right now though, and a good friend of me has allowed me to borrow her computer for a while – so I will update as much as possible today!

First up, is some gorgeous and crispy-clear HQ images from an event Alyssa attented on the 20th of April! Lyssa stepped out in style, and ejoyed an evening of cocktails (probably alcohol-free ones for our pregnant girl) and shopping at an event Coach hosted To Benefit The Children’s Defense Fund. She wore a long black dress, and showed off her baby bump – which is getting pretty huge now! As always, she looked absolutely stunning. 11 pretty photos have been added to our galleries, and I’m on the lookout for more.

Alyssa has also apparently started a new campaign against tropical disease! You can read more about this in the short article below. Alyssa Milano Online are truely proud of Alyssa – she is such an amazing role model for girls and boys all around the world.

Alyssa Milano showed off her pregnancy glow as she arrived at the Evening of Cocktails and Shopping event at Bad Robot in Santa Monica, CA today (April 20).

The expectant actress was joined by fellow mom-to-be Selma Blair as she enjoyed an evening of charity benefitting the Children’s Defense Fund, an American child advocacy and research group, founded in 1973 by Marian Wright Edelman.

Meanwhile Alyssa has kicked off her new campaign against tropical disease.

The 38-year-old star has joined forces with the website Tonic.com to raise $75,000 to help the victims of Lymphatic Filariasis, which is also known as elephantiasis.

The disease is often found in tropical climates where humans can catch it through a mosquito’s bite.

Alyssa recently found out about the project in India that helps sufferers of LF and helps people learn how to look after themselves and others.

Writing on Tonic.com, she said: ‘To keep the program alive it needs a major funding boost of $75,000. When you think about it, $75,000 isn’t very expensive – only about $3.25 per person, per year – a small amount of money can make a huge impact. That’s why, all this week, I’ve teamed up with Tonic, and the Global Network to ask all my fans to band together and contribute to this, the worthiest and most cost-effective cause we can imagine.”

Creating A Life Worth Living

By: Alyssa Milano

For many of us, it’s hard to imagine what life would be like with a devastating and debilitating disease like Lymphatic Filariasis (LF). LF, also known as elephantiasis, is found in many tropical climates and is transmitted to humans through the bite of a mosquito- causing painful swelling of the limbs.

For a disease that so many people haven’t even heard of, it’s shocking to hear that it impacts over 120 million worldwide.

That’s 120 million people whose limbs are severely disfigured, making it difficult to walk. They aren’t able to work. Or take care of their families. Many are ostracized or even shunned by those in their communities. LF may not necessarily kill its victims, but it strips away dreams and perpetuates poverty.

Through my work as the founding Ambassador for the Global Network for Neglected Tropical Diseases, I learned about a project in India that helps over 23,000 people suffering from LF by teaching them how to treat and care for themselves, literally putting them back on their feet. The program also educates their families and the community about the disease making it less stigmatizing.

There is no cure for people whose limbs have already been impacted by the disease, but there are cost effective, proven interventions that can prevent transmission and alleviate the severity of the disease in those who are already infected.

However, to keep the program alive it needs a major funding boost of $75,000. When you think about it, $75,000 isn’t very expensive — only about $3.25 per person, per year — a small amount of money can make a huge impact.

That’s why, all this week, I’ve teamed up with Tonic, and the Global Network to ask all my fans to band together and contribute to this, the worthiest and most cost-effective cause we can imagine.

Please donate what you can, right here, right now.

New Article: Alyssa Milano won’t name son until he’s born!

ALYSSA Milano is refusing to name her unborn baby until she sees what he looks like. The 38-year-old actress — who is pregnant with her first child with her husband Hollywood agent David Bugliari – says although she has an idea of what she would like to call her son, she is worried about making a final choice in case he doesn’t suit the name.

“[We have] three boys names. You hear so many stories about people who picked a name out and then the baby didn’t look like the name,” she said. “So we’re narrowing it down until we see the child.” However, the Charmed star did reveal that she would like to pay tribute to her husband’s Italian roots and says the baby will not have a typically American sounding name.

“We’ll go with a slightly Italian name, so that it goes with Bugliari,” she said. “So it’s not, like, Scott Bugliari.” The brunette beauty — who recently admitted that she’s been craving broccoli since falling pregnant — added that she is enjoying carrying her baby. “I’ve had a lovely pregnancy. We’re due in the beginning of the fall and he’s been a pleasure to carry,” she said.

New Article: Judith Light Praises Alyssa Milano’s Pregnancy

The ‘Law & Order: Special Victims Unit’ star, who worked with Milano for eight years on ‘Who’s The Boss’, has congratulated the pregnant actress and believes she will make ‘an amazing mother’.

TV veteran Judith Light has congratulated her former “Who’s the Boss?” co-star Alyssa Milano on her pregnancy news, insisting the actress will make “an amazing mother”. The “Charmed” star, 38, is expecting her first child with husband Dave Bugliari, and she announced earlier this week, March 15, the new arrival will be a boy.

Light, who worked with Milano for eight years on “Who’s The Boss” until 1992, has now reached out to her pal ahead of the impending arrival. She tells Us Magazine, “It’s kind of stunning to me that she’s old enough to have a baby because to me she’s still 10 years old… Alyssa is an extraordinary woman and I know she’ll be an amazing mother.”

“She has a huge heart and she is a very committed person. She’s a great humanitarian and I think that will be the thread that runs through her being a mother. I wish her every joy in life. I just want to send her lots of love.”
