Fox Pulls “Breaking In” Off The Schedule

Hello Alyssa fans! First off, my name is Nea and I’m a new staffer here at Alyssa Milano Online. I want to thank Isabelle SO much for letting me join her and Mandy at this incredible site! I’m a huge Alyssa fan and a gigantic “Charmed” fan, so I’m thrilled to be here!

Anyway, I’ve got some bad news, it looks like “Breaking In” has been cancelled and pulled from Fox’s schedule. Alyssa guest starred on the series last season and was set to return in the 9th episode of this season. From my understanding the episode has already been filmed. Hopefully Fox will have enough heart to either air the remaining episodes during the summer schedule or at least release them on DVD! We will keep you guys up to date if we learn any more!

Breaking In‘s return proved short-lived. The network is pulling the sophomore comedy off the schedule for the remainder for the season. Following Raising Hope‘s season finale next Tuesday, Breaking In was slated to resume airing originals in the 9:30 PM slot after New Girl. Now the network will air New Girl repeats in the time period. It hasn’t been determined when Breaking In‘s unaired episodes will run, with summer considered a strong possibility. Breaking In‘s fate mirrors that of freshman Fox comedy I Hate My Teenage Daughter, which was also recently pulled off the schedule in favor of repeats. Breaking In, which got a second-season pickup after being cancelled last May and a revamp, has been underperforming, opening its sophomore season with a 1.7/4 in adults 18-49 last month and logging a 1.3/3 in its most recent airing, tying a season low. It looks like Fox is looking to bolster its already renewed New Girl by double-pumping the freshman comedy.

More “Charmed” season 3 & 4 screencaptures

Hello netters! Like I promised earlier today, I have more Charmed screencaptures for y’all. Up today is captures from episode 3×18-3×20 and 4×04. There’s almost 2 000 caps in total, and there are some hilarious shots in there! I particular like the 3×18 caps, in which Phoebe and the others got hit with each their sin. New gallery layouts at Alyssa Milano Online!

Hello fellow Alyssa fans! Kudos to my super-talented friend Kimberly, we have now got a sparkling new theme over at our galleries. Like the main site, it’s in complete Charmed style! It also matches the main site colors and style, and I hope you will all love it as much as we do. Not only does it feature Charmed bits though – it also contains stills/promos from some of our other favorite Alyssa projects. Don’t hesitate to leave a comment with your thoughts!

5th Annual “Walk for Wishes.”

Taira Jordan from wishla.org (The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Greater Los Angeles) just emailed me with some exiting news – Alyssa will take part in their 5th Annual “Walk for Wishes“! The Walk for Wishes is a 2 mile fun walk, which will benefit the foundation’s mission of granting wishes to children with life threatening illnesses. For more information on the cause, and the walk itself, visit this site. It’s such an important cause, and we encourage everyone with the possability to get involved! We will continue to follow up with more information on Alyssa involvement…

We invite you to “Walk Through Hollywood History” and help us raise critical funds needed to grant over 400 wishes this year for courageous children battling life-threatening medical conditions. A record 2,000 walkers are expected to enjoy a unique behind-the-scenes look at 20th Century Fox Studios. Wish children and their families will navigate the 2-mile course side-by-side with our supporters, volunteers, and sponsors to raise money to grant wishes one step at a time!

Alyssa Milano Online launches version 6!

Hello fellow Alyssa fans – noticing something new?! We’re today sporting a brand new layout, made for us by the extremely talented Mycah. We wanted a Charmed releated theme this time, to celebrate the series that was a big part of getting Alyssa to where she is today. And that’s what we got! The header features a promotional photo Alyssa did for the season 5 finale “Oh my Godess“, and we’ve also sprouced up our sidebar with various charmed-releated goodies! We have also now added a brand new MP3 player, so that you can listen to some of Alyssas old songs whilst browsing our pages and archives (more songs are still being added!).
